I have found the perfect lower body Pilates workout.😀 It is the new workout with Kelli.
It is a bit longer, but worth it and flies by. The ideal workout for watching TV and just doing it. 😀😁
Also my butt died during the backwards leg lifts, never done them before.
Today, I made some Banana oatmeal chocolate muffins. They are so yummy😀😀
I got 15 muffins out of the recipe, ate already four before taking a picture. Now I`m full and cannot eat anything more. This is the recipe I have used if anybody wants to do them too
