Workout routine?


Hey! First of all Sorry for my english

Second: I LOVE Fitnessblender! Kelli and Daniel literally changed my life! My question is: Do you guys ALWAYS follow the calendar? There are weeks when I really don't have time or energy to workout and I feel so bad missing my videos :(

I would like to know your experiences! And also if some of you started to gain weight instead of loosing! I have been training for almost a year (trying to do al least 4-5 times per week, if I can't do the videos I go out and walk a lot) and first I started to lose weight but in the last few months now I'm gaining! I know it can be muscle (I hope)...but 11 pounds? :(
