Recent back strain

Hey Kelli,

I want you to know that my husband and I love the workouts that you and Daniel provide. We have been quite devoted to your offered programs and free videos.

Question, I had been working out (HIIT and weight lifting) pretty diligently (5 -6 days weekly) for a year straight then, just before Thanksgiving I was literally moving my weights from one place to another and severely strained my back. I haven’t worked out much since then and have some concerns (let’s call it what it really is—FEAR) about starting back into exercising.

I tried yoga-but for some reason, I cannot seem to clear my mind enough to feel like I’m getting any benefit.

Weight lifting and HIITs seem to be strenuous enough to clear my mind and focus.

Do you have any recommendations about gaining confidence with starting over? Or an appropriate way to begin from scratch again?
