FB Low Impact Day 10 -- Just what the doctor ordered!!

Let me just start off by saying, isn't it funny the types of workouts that show up on particular days?

I had a really, really trying night with my toddler last night which meant neither he nor I got a lot of sleep. I almost skipped today's workout, but instead I did it. I cannot express how relieved I was to see it was Pilates! Now I am relaxed, feel like I accomplished something, and am half way to my goal of completing 4 workouts this week! I also feel like I can be a better mom tonight when my son gets home from daycare... because I was hella crabby before this workout!

While doing this video, I realized how much I need to work on small movements like Pilates. I added a different Pilates video to my optional stretch day this week! I need to do that more often!

When I graduate and find a job, the Reach program is on my radar for sure!
