I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! I was really tired last night and still sore from my Saturday workout, so I decided to try this one. The only issue with doing a workout program is that you miss out on all the new workouts that are released weekly! Anyway, I strapped on my 1 lb ankle weights and finished this deceptive workout. I highly recommend this for anyone who doesn't feel like lifting weights or jumping around. It will burn, and the workout FLIES by despite being 50 minutes! Hoping Kelli releases another one in this style.
