I am excited to start my first day in my last week of the FB 30 -Round 4. This has been the first program that I have stuck with and enjoyed. So, now as I look to what's next...I am deciding if I should repeat the program or I have my eye on another. I do like the 30 minute workouts, but I am willing to do the work for an hour, it's for me, right?!
Interested to hear the approaches that people have taken, although I do realize we are all different--I like to switch things up!
