yay! yay! workout complete!!!

Hi all,

Just finished this 1000 calorie workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/1000-calorie-workout-video-at-home-hiit-cardio-strength-and-abs-workout-to-burn-1000-calories

took me longer than 96 minutes since I have to switch my weights around (round weights) and I lowered the weight since I haven't done any strength training for awhile (recently finished bodyweight) but it was a GREAT workout. A bit long, maybe, But really fantastic and I'm feeling pretty proud of myself. Yes, yes , yes!!! Now, shower and food and time to get on with the day...good luck to all who are about to start their workouts and a great day to all blenders.
