New week!

So, as mentioned before, I STRUGGLED last week. I only completed 1 workout. Everyone in my family seems to be feeling better(ish), so I'm planning on starting week 2 of low impact tomorrow. I've been slacking a bit on my diet, but am going to get that back in check as well.

Also, my scale's batteries are dead... so that's a sign that I really don't need to weigh myself. I took pictures last week to compare instead. I'm not even going to replace the batteries and I'll focus on non scale victories!
