Any workout is better than none :)

Hey guys,

Has anyone else found that the more pressure they put on themselves to have a "good" workout the less they actually want to workout? Sometimes this leads into "If I'm not going to do an intense workout then what's the point of working out" etc. Of course this mentality logically doesn't make sense - any progress/movement is better than none - just wanted to see if anyone else relates or needs the reminder to be easier on themselves!!
