Happy Sunday!

I got my workout complete by going for a run. 5km and my pace was really good, just a few seconds off my fastest ever. So I was really happy. It was pretty cold, ice-fog, but it didn't stop me, I also did my meditation which I realized I had been missing on the weekends.

I have been so productive today I can't believe it and it is only 2PM.

I have done some laundry, made a pumpkin soup for lunches, made butter chicken for dinners on Monday and Tuesday, cleaned the kitchen, last bit of tidying up and I even managed to lounge around after I woke up for over an hour.

I had a delicious brunch of scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and chives after my run. I am obsessed and can highly recommend it.

Now I will have a little nap and get ready for the last biathlon race of the weekend. My boyfriend comes back tomorrow morning so it will be nice to see him again.

Don't forget about self-care Sunday! I did some extra stretching after my run and I think a nap counts as self care right?
