1000 calorie challenge check in + what keeps you going?

Happy Saturday blenders! I knocked out my 1k calorie workout this morning despite an iffy tummy. It actually feels better post workout, which is awesome! I am wondering, what keeps you going through tough longer workouts? What pushes you to keep grinding?

For me it's good music and the idea of a nice stretch/meditation once I'm done. Oh and a super hot shower. My favorite.
