After a short hiatus of few weeks, I'm starting to workout again. However I'd like to begin with very mild low impact workouts and gradually increase the intensity...

What are some workouts you relish doing when you return from a break? Pilates/Yoga for few days? Or directly hit the level 2 cardiovascular ones?
