Got my ass kicked by a 4/5 !

Hey there!

Thought I would post an update of my journey. Just did this workout only halfway (till the water break) (workout -> https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fat-burning-hiit-cardio-workout-with-no-equipment) because of a sudden back pain that did not feel well, Perhaps the warm up was insufficient for me.

Anyway, I did some cooldown stretches esp to help relax my lower back moscles and Im feeling a little better.

Later in the evening I will go for a walk with my friend, so that will conclude this days exercise. Its been 2 days apart of my last workout and tomorrow I plan to go easier on myself and get a yoga/pilates workout instead of cardio or HIIT. I know this wasnt a failure and Im ready to make things even better. :)
