Just finished my final day of FB Sweat and boy was the last workout brutal!! I completed every single extra credit challenge (apart from the PFT) and even added my own Pilates in for active rest days. Feeling great and having a nice rest day tomorrow before I start FB Burn round 2 on Sunday! I’m excited as I follow programmes so don’t often get to do the newer workouts and there are tons in burn round 2 I’ve not done before! Can’t wait!!!
