Lost way


Hi FBFamily. I never thought I would write in a forum like this one,but I need some advice or support. Probably both.

I have been working our for almost two years,at least 5 days a week.i eat very healthy meals,never smoke or drink. Still, my new job is stressing me in a way I'm losing my energy to exercise, I just want to stay in bed. I even don't want to eat,and my physique and health feel a bit resented. Does anyone else feel like this? Any advice? Thanks.
