Not sore enough the next day?

I just finished this one, and it was my first long fitness blender video! However, although I'm sore, my arms aren't like jello, like everyone else in the comments is saying. But if I lift any heavier, I don't have clean form. I barely feel sore the next day. (I guess we'll see, this one was pretty difficult). Anyone know what I mean? Am I doing something wrong?
