Hi everyone! It’s been so long since I’ve posted, but I just had to share!
I’ve struggled with getting back into making exercise and eating clean a daily routine since I had my baby girl. It took 10 months, but I got back into it with FBFit - Round 2. I did it all, the optional extra credits, the TWO 1,000 calorie workouts..it took so long and it was tough, but the entire program is done! I’m more toned, more flexible, I have more energy and I’m noticeably stronger. I’m sorta mad at myself for not getting back into it sooner. Once I started, it was like my body remembered what it felt like to workout again and I didn’t realize that exercise was something I had been craving until I was actually doing it! I’ve moved on to FB30 - Round 2 and I’m almost done with week 1.
My baby is now a 1-year old! The picture is my family at her birthday party. Whenever I even mention the word “exercise,” she either crawls over to my weights or she begins doing a downward dog with a leg lift. I’ve got to get a picture of her doing it, so you all can see. She’s nearly able to walk now, so we’ll see which exercises she chooses to try first! Baby blender in the making!
