So today I'm embarrassed to say that during my usual weighted squats I fell back on to my butt...yes! It didnt hurt, it was very slow and no one saw me as I workout alone at home but I was still very embarrassed at myself. This is the first time its happened, and I think its because after a year and a half I've lacked workouts this whole month due to many reasons and it shows. I won't let it effect me and will lift lighter until I'm back to my old self...hopefully in 2 weeks. Has anyone else got any embarrassing workout stories?
