FB Strong Day 22 #workoutcomplete

Wheeeeeeew!!! Today's workout was a lower impact HIIT followed by pilates and lower body strength. Truthfully, I was going to take a rest day but felt a twinge of motivation in the evening so just did it! Gotta tell you it was tough! Used ankle weights during pilates and heavied up during the strength segment. Overall pleased with my performance and feeling fly in my #workoutcomplete leggings!
