FB low impact day 8

Done! It was lower body strength and HIIT. I'm not going to lie, it wasn't pretty, but I loved finishing the HIIT portion. I'm not a cardio junkie at all, but it felt good to get back to some harder things since my hiatus.

Idk why leg day always makes me feel super strong and invincible when I'm done! This came across my pinterest today and sums up my feelings exactly! Sorry for the harsh language! But.... also true lol
