30 min workout complete today!

So proud of myself for completing a full 30 min workout! Yay 😀 I put together 3 separate workouts to make the 30 mins. Now don’t get wrong it was difficult to get through because I’m still in my beginning stages but the important part is that I made it through and I didn’t cut off the videos like I would before when I couldn’t do a exercise. Instead I did my best and made a note of where I am with particular exercises and know that as time goes on I will be get stronger one day. Now just have to get this diet together lol
