I am elated!

Other than the Flex program (which I completed last week) I haven't done any program that includes both upper and body workouts. I complemented the Flex program with Callanetics Countdown (an independent lower body video that doesn't include squats and lunges and such) to help me with burnout recovery.

My motivation is low this morning. I even tried to get my hubby to convince me to "just get it done!".

Here I am, 40 minutes later, sweaty and elated. I've completed day 1 of the FB30R2 program. As much as I dislike lower body workouts, I am excited to be able to mark my calendar with a green checkmark.

The journey begins with this one small step...:D
