Don't worry about the scale

I just wanted to share this. I took a Great Course called Body Composition. In it a university professor talks about exercise, eating and body composition. He runs a program with this in mind. One woman joined with the intention of losing weight. Long story short her body composition changed but she did not lose the weight she wanted, so she quit the program.

I keep that in mind. I have been exercising for years. Although I have not lost the 10 pounds I was looking for, I do now have a waist again and muscles I did not have before. I feel strong and I have a lot better balance.
