I have 1 month to rebuild healthier habits for my overall physical and mental health

Hello everyone!

Just finished my exams at the university and I have 1 month till the next semester begins, so Im trying my best to get my nutrition back on track and last week I also started with FB workouts (4/week, intensity 3/5)! Finally I completed a 4/5 HIIT workout yesterday which made me very happy and assured me that Im ready to incorporate more of those intense hard workouts at least once a week! :-)

All in all,working for exercise and healthy nutrition to become a part of my lifestyle I will not abandon when other responsibilities kick in! Wish me luck :-)
