Getting back on track!

It's been months since I did any workouts, but now it's time to get back on track. I have been eating a lot of bad food, so I need to get that sorted out too.

My goal is to lose some weight, but mostly just feel better about myself and get some more energy and strenght. :)

I am going to be doing 3-4 fitness blender workouts a week + some low impact cardio (walking,biking) and of course some stretching.

It was not easy but I got through it so YAY ME! :) Now some breakfast and a quick shower and then I'm off to work.
