burning calories....ugh

So tomorrow, as scheduled by the Bodyweight Program #2 I am doing right now, I have a HIIT and lower body pilates workout and I'm honestly scared.

I know pilates is a good exercise but not entirely on its own. Im scared I won't "burn enough" and won't feel satisfied after tomorrow workout because its low impact. I feel like I wont be able to alot of whole food meals that I want because I didn't workout hard enough

Basically I'm just scared Pilates won't burn enough calories and I won't sweat enough to FEEL like I worked out.
