Workout idea/request


I am trying to get my partner to join my strength workouts, but we are having some issues with the logistics.

I would love for you to make a couple of strength/cardio videos for people who are working out together with a friend or a spouse and only have one set of dumbbells. For instance if Daniel could be doing a strength exercise while Kelli is doing a HIIT interval, and then switch.

Great idea, or what?
