Any tricks for immunity?

Hi Guys,

So here is the thing... I am already a relatively fit person, train ~4x per week and eat very healthy (wasnt my thing for long time, I was just training and eating a lot of trash, but since almost 1 year I really improved). No overweight or important health problems.

But I have problem since childhood with throat infections. It is almost a custom that every winter/autumn I get sick at least once. And it is not nice. I have no voice, coughing, sneezing, fewer, bleeh.

I think the reason is that when I was a child, every time when I was a little sick, doctors gave antibiotics :|

I really hate it.

Not mentioning stupid breaks from working out, job and basically life, I am scared of throat cancer due to such long periods of local inflammation :|

So, any advice? How to eat? What to do to increase immunity?
