FB Fit round 2 (kind of) Daily Update, Jan 18-19

Hi FB Fit-friends,

How are you doing with the program? Are you working out this weekend or resting?

For me, today was day 12, upper body strength. It was nice but I always struggle with choosing the right weight with those Bored Easily strength routines, but I think I did a bit better this time around. I added the 5x5x5 workout (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/5x5x5-pulse-workout-upper-body-workout) as a burnout round, but it might have been a little bit much, especially the push ups... But I'm happy I did it, I've been willing to try these videos for a long time but had never got around to it. Have you tried them?
