Injury frustration...

I was so proud of myself for getting back into my my routine after the holidays and some time off for illness... but now I've hurt my oblique (I think) just around my ribcage.

I'm struggling to work out at all as everything I do seems to make it worse and I end up in a lot of pain, but is it best to stop completely until it heals?

Any tips on dealing with the frustration I'm feeling with it (or helping myself to heal!) would be greatly appreciated!
