Staying Tuned In

It always helps to take time to listen to yourself, to listen to your body.

However, sometimes we have to consciously remind ourselves to do this...to take the time to listen.

When it comes to working out, listening to your body and being honest with where you are at the moment can be the difference between enjoying your workout or dreading it; getting the most out of your workout or just going through the motions; working out intelligently or pushing yourself unrealistically.

Remember, working out harder is not necessarily better; working out smarter is always the way to go!

So, as we head into the weekend, remember to stay tuned in and honest with yourself. You won’t regret it.
