my name ist Steph and I´m desperately trying to lose weight (around 30 Pound/ 15kg). I always start off really strong with my workouts and meals but by the time week 3/4 hits it starts become more difficult staying on track. So I´m basically looking for someone or a small group of people who cheer each other, kick ass when needed and hold each other accountable.
