HKS Accountability Group Jan. 16

Good morning!

The world is still frozen and I swear, when I got out of the car last night and took a breath in, my lungs nearly froze up... I'm probably exaggerating but anyone who's spent time in a very cold climate might know what I'm talking about. The thermostat in my apartment is cranked up to about 28C and the actual temperature in my apartment is about 21-ish.

Today I did a custom workout - I found a hamstring stretch on youtube that I did - was a good 20 minute video focused on strengthening and lengthening the hammies. It was a good routine but still not quite exactly what I wanted.
