Lost my drive

Hi FB. I’m struggling to get those green checks in. I’ve been blending for 2 years now. I worked up to 5 days per week, but started to gain inches and weight. I decided to back off for awhile and completed XT with the idea I’d run more. I ran more for a few weeks But that fizzled out and now I’m just barely getting 2-3 checks a week.

I’m afraid I’ll stop all together. What do you do to reset?
