Palm of Hands Hurt

Hey everyone!

I've been struggling for a while with doing certain exercises because the palm of my hand starts to hurt. Anything that puts too much pressure on my hands such has push ups or planking where I have to balance on one hand really hurt me so I cannot do them. It's kind of frustrating because I really want to be able to do full pushups.

Any suggestions here?
