Missed period // Overtraining or stress?

As the image suggests, I have been working out this January without fail. However my period is absent/delayed by 8 days. It is only this month that I started working out with dumbbells. Has anyone experienced alike? To avoid ambiguity, I have been stressed due to exams (not even joking) and my father's demise. Is it stress and/or overtraining?
