FB is the best stress buster & workout complete

This is a bit of rant I guess but I was in the mood for checking in and typing some stuff. It's been a while.

This is certainly old news to most regular exercises, but I have REALLY noticed in the last few weeks how amazing exercise is for reducing stress levels.

Work life has been absolute poop recently to tell you the truth but simultaneously I've sustainably lifted heavier than normally throughout all sets, had more energy and endurance to complete HIIT intervals and have really been smashing those kickboxing workouts.

Anybody else have similar experiences?

In other news: FB Booty R2 Day 1 compleeeete! Second time doing this program :)
