I know no one can give medical advice, but I'm curious if anyone has dealt with recurring hip pain. I've had physical therapy at least twice for my left hip and once for my right. Now, I'm having pain in my left hip again. I just don't know what's wrong. Some nights I can't even get comfortable because of the pain. Anyone else ever experience this? I have a doctor's appt with an ortho surgeon on Friday. I'm just feeling so down today that I don't even know if I can get in the right headspace for my workout today. Rough day and just needing a little encouragement or advice.
