Today, I had a very special guest join me during my workout. Her sister was at the vet for some extra checkups so she wanted a little extra loving. Today's scheduled workouts were Pilates/Yoga/stretches based and she was happy to loop through my arms and legs, not understanding what her crazy human was doing.
