FEB, HERE I COME!

So I have decided to challenge myself this month. I am going to workout Monday to Friday for nothing less then 20 minutes/day. By workouts I mean via FB. A weekend workout or a walk will all be extras. I will also be food prepping. Fingers crossed. With the tips on this page and all your awesome ideas with food and workout combos I have a good feeling. Wish me luck!
