Muscle cramps during stretching, etc.

Does anyone else get charlie horses and muscle cramps while stretching, or while pointing your toes? Today I was doing the cool down, and following along with the movement where you stretch out one leg, have the other bent so your foot is in your crotch, and bending over to touch the toe of the stretched out leg. I started getting such a muscle cramp in abdomen just under my breasts, that I couldn't do the stretches. It actually happened earlier, too, before my workout, when I was trying to tie my shoe. I was bent forward in the same sort of position. I also can't point my toes because they cramp every time. I eat healthy foods and believe I'm hydrated enough. It's frustrating.

(On a side note, one thing that also frustrates me is the limited choices in topics and subtopics when starting a discussion. There wasn't really any that matched my comment.)
