FB Fit round 2 Daily Update, Jan 13

Hi FB Fit buddies,

So, how was your day?

Today was day 9 for me, a very nice upper body burning workout, with some great exercises I'd never done before, so very fun. (How can Kelli do reverse flies with 9 lb per hand?! I've never seen her use that much and I have to say that was veeeeery impressive!)

Yesterday's workout left me with the most satisfying soreness, the kind that you 100% feel but that doesn't impair your walking/stairs climbing abilities, you know? Plus, I feel it mostly in my glutes, so it must mean I engaged them properly. Woohoo! :D

I won't be working out tomorrow and Wednesday, which might be good, because I'm not sure my arms will want the kickboxing routine scheduled for day 10 tomorrow...
