Sweating out a cold?

Hey everyone,

I have had a really bad sore throat for the past 2 days, a little stuffy/runny nose action but not a full-blown cold yet (hopefully I'll be able to fight it off!). Yesterday was the worst of it so far, slept a lot and drank lots of water, tea, and EmergenC. Thankfully the past 2 days have been rest days off from FB Abs, but today is the start of week 3 and I'm wondering if "sweating it out" would help to fight off a cold. My energy levels are good (I don't feel sick really at all, just this pesky sore throat and sniffles) so I'm pretty confident I would be able to get through it. It's a cardio kickboxing plus a 10 minutes abs routine with yoga stretch on the end. Do you think this working out at this point would make things better or worse?
