I see people sharing their workout complete so I decided to as well for the first time :) Wanted to do an intense hiit but 4 mins in I've realized my legs are still sore and so I did these workouts instead. I've notice that I can get my left foot off the ground now for the kick off star jacks! I was never able to before. First time trying the kettlebel workout and I loved it! How was your day? Was it an active or rest day for you? I'd love to hear it!
