Hi guys,

I've been trying really really hard to lose the weight I gained while pregnant. I'm up 45 pounds since having my son. I'm 29 yrs old. I have some self esteem issues and I was having a really hard time emotionally.

I tried dieting and exercising hard on my own for 2 months with ZERO results. ZERO! NOTHING! ZIP! I was feeling pretty defeated. I didnt recognize the body I was in and I hated it.

My bff turned me to FB and with that and an improved diet I've lost 6 pounds and almost 2.5 inches on my mummy tummy in less than 2 months! It's not a drastic change, but it's better than my results before! I feel like there's hope
