Just finished up this workout and it felt so good!

Get Strong! Upper Body Workout for Strength with Descending Reps

I love this format - there’s one for the lower body too and I think I might create fresh new versions of each in 2020 (what do you guys think?).

I’m going to make a more conscious effort to do more lifting. I always feel good when I’m finished. And it feels like an investment in future self; strength, health, ability and calm.

Loki is a rock solid workout partner as always. He has been so affectionate lately, I take it as a good sign that he’s feeling more like himself after surgery. Can’t wait until he’s all healed up, I’m excited to go on a hike with him this spring - it’ll be the first time we’re both healthy enough to do it in a couple of years!
