Hey,

Just completed Round 1 and here are the results:

mile - 10:54 to 9:01

pushups - 10 to 22

squats - 40 to 100

plank - 1 minute to 2 minutes

sit & reach - +3 to +6

other metrics:

waist - 30 to 29 inches

hips - 39 to 38 inches

thigh - 22.5 to 21 inches

calf - 14 to 12.5 inches

energy - 5 to 8

mood - 5 to 8

sleep - same, 7

Looking at pictures, my posture has improved dramatically! Starting Round 2 on Saturday!
