Realize this isn’t technically fitness related, but it’s definitely impacting my wellness!
Was wondering if anyone had any tips/tricks to combat fear of flying?
I fly both domestic and internationally a few times a year and I’m always such a ball of nerves. I’ve tried medication (doesn’t work) and have had some luck with a method I read about in a book titled Soar (recommend to other nervous fliers out there).
Again, realize it’s a bit off topic, but FB community is always so positive and helpful. I figured I’d see if anyone has any recommendations. 🙂
