HI, I'm just wondering if there are any workout peeps here in my age bracket? I'd love to compare notes and hear what is working best for you.
I have arthritis and I find that if I keep moving, I am OK and can keep moving. As soon as I sit still for a few minutes I get gnarled up again, LOL.
I also find that as I get older I need to work out longer to get a better calorie burn so I can afford to eat! BMR drops and since I have a desk job, I really need to kick it up on a daily basis - I love food. I mean 2100 calories a day (average burn on fitbit) is not a lot to enjoy even healthy foods! So, any over 60's out there - I'd love to hear from you!
