I made this tonight and loved it! I took a picture before adding the parsley because I thought it looked like a smiley face. 😀

I didn’t put the chili flakes in for fear my daughter would think it was too spicy. I liked that I could prepare most of it ahead of time and just assemble when we were ready to eat.
